The advantages of document flow designed with the B/S structure were analysed,and a method to design a high speed,easy extension and easy operation system under the.net platform was proposed and introduced. The basic structure and the work principle of Document Flow were introduced.In the paper,the dynamic management of the document flow has been put forward in term of the personnel structure of a certain enter prise and the document flow has been implemented based on the shifting of the task's status.
