摘要 阐述了基于先进视频编码技术—H.264标准的桌面纯软件视频会议系统的设计方案及实现过程。在用户只需有——一台多媒体电脑的条件下,本系统可实现实时通信,并得到比以往桌面视频会议系统更高质量的视频效果。 This paper brings forward the design and implementation of the desktop software video conferencing system based on H.264, the most advanced video encoding and decoding technology. It achieves real-time communication and gets higher video quality than other video conferencing systems.
