Application of VLISP in sculpture design of gear

为实现AutoCAD环境下齿轮的三维造型设计,以VLISP语言为工具,开发出了“ZCHI”命令。此命令不需人工计算齿轮的几何尺寸,就能快速、准确地绘出直齿圆柱齿轮平面轮廓图,结合使用AutoCAD内部的三维实体造型命令,即可迅速完成直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化三维造型。

In order to achieve the 3D sculpture design of gears with AutoCAD as the operating settings, the command program “ZCHI”is researched and developed by means of VLISP. The command makes it possible for the picture of gears' plane outline to be painted quickly and precisely, thus obviating the need of calculating gears' geometrical size by men. Combined with the command of the solid 3Dsculpture in AutoCAD, ZCHI can finish the parametrization 3D sculpture of the straight tooth column gear within a short period of time.
