Designing and modeling methods of testing fixture based on Pro/E

在分析了检具设计的特点和要求的基础上,提出了Pro/E平台下检具设计建模的一般方法。归纳了利用面组功能来生成具有成型面检具体的3种方法:拉伸到面组、加厚面组、用面组修改实体,描述了利用族表功能来建立和使用检具规则零件库的过程,并给出了利用零件库来快速生成实例零件工程图的技巧。这些方法对于一般夹具的设计也有参考价值。

According to the analysis for the specialty and demand of testing flxture designing.the general designing and modeling methods of testing fixture based on Pro/E are presented.Utilizing the quilt function,3 methods of creating testing flxture bodies containing form surface are concluded:extrude up to quilt.thicken quilt,modify solid by quilt.Utilizing the family table function,the process of establishing and using regular parts catalog for testing flxture is described.and the tip of quickly creating sample part drawing by the parts catalog is produced.Those methods are referrible for general fixture designing.
