摘要 在分析故障诊断专家系统的关键技术和存在问题的基础上,针对舰船推进系统,提出了基于数据挖掘的故障诊断(Data。Mining—basedFaultDiagnosis,DMFD)方法,给出了DMFD模型的具体实现过程,解决了其实现过程中的核心问题。采用DMFD模型的故障诊断系统(DMFDSystem,DMFDS)具备有自动获取诊断经验知识和进行全方位运行状态异常诊断的能力,在一定程度上克服了传统故障诊断专家系统存在的知识获取困难和诊断只能针对某一特定运行状态异常的缺点。 on the basis of the analysis of crucial technologies that are used in fault diagnosis expert system,and the problems existed in technologies,aimed at driving-system of warships,a methodology of Data Mining-based Fault Diagnosis(DMFD)is prlposed,the process of specifically carrying out DMFD Model is given,and solved the key problems in the course of carrying out it.DMFDS have the ability of obtaining knowledge automatically and diagnosing all aspects of abnormal running states,and overcome the drawbacks of the difficulties in obtaining knowledge and the one-sidedness in diagnosis in some degree or fully.
