摘要
随着人类活动对地质环境影响的加大 ,人们对地质灾害防治重视程度的加强 ,地质灾害防治的法制化建设步伐正在加快 ,有关地质灾害防治的有关法规、规章将不断得以建立健全 ,规范的行为将更加细化 ,操作性更强。本文主要探讨了地质灾害法规建设的重要性及现状 ,提出了我国地质灾害防治法规的完善措施。
As the influence of geologic environment is strengthened by the human activities, the prevention and curing of geological calamity should be paid more attention to, the pace of constructing the legal system is being accelerated. The law and regulation will be set up, perfected, and will be more and more refined and operable. This paper probes into the importance of constructing the law and regulation,the current situation of the regulation and existing problem, and put forward the suggestions for perfecting the legal system about preventing and curing of geological calamity in our country.
