摘要
循环经济是一种新兴的经济发展模式 ,发展循环经济是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和实现方式。常州市是国家可持续发展试点城市 ,城市环境质量和环境管理水平在稳步提高 ,发展循环经济拥有良好的基础 ,但同时也存在着日益严重的资源与环境压力。文章阐述了循环经济的概念与内涵 ,论述了常州市发展循环经济的可能性与必要性 ,探讨了常州市发展循环经济的对策与措施。
The circalar economy is a kind of the burgeoning model for the economic development, and developing the circular economy is an important approach and realization mode to carry out the sustainable development strategy.As Changzhou is a trial city for the sustainable development,and the quality and management level of environments of cities are promoting steadily,the favourable base is provided for developing the circular economy. However, the pressure of resources and environment is more and more serious. This paper expounds the concept and connotation of the circular economy, discusses the necessity and feasibility for developing the circular economy system in Changzhou City. And some countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward.
