两种全自动生化分析仪分析结果的比较

To compare the results from two kinds of automatic biochemistry analyzers

目的 :比较两种全自动生化分析仪分析结果的准确性和一致性。方法 :杜邦 AR按其要求进行定标、校正。贝克曼 L X2 0用其配套校正品和原装试剂进行定标、检测。分别用这两种全自动生化分析仪测定 180份患者的 15项生化指标 ,对结果进行统计处理。结果 :除白蛋白外 ,其余 14项常规生化指标在两台仪器上的分析结果差异无显著性意义 ,杜邦 AR上测定的白蛋白结果低于贝克曼 L X2 0上的测定结果。结论 :采用配套校正品和原装试剂 ,定期对仪器进行保养和校正 ,建立统一的室内质控系统 ,可使仪器间分析结果有可比性。

Objective:To compare the precision and concidension of the results from two kinds of automatic biochemistry analyzers.Methods:Dimension AR calibrates and adjusts according to its requirement.Beckman LX20 calibrates and tests with its own prototype reagent,with these two kinds of analyzers to test fifteen biochemistic guidelines from 180 patients and do the results with stastistic method.Results:Expect for albumin,all the results obtained form the two analyzers were not singnificant.Conclusion:With prototype reagent to maitain and adjust the instrument in time,constructing an united internal quality control system,the results among the instruments have significantion.
