摘要 持续改进是R&D项目质量管理的核心,过程审核可以为过程改进识别机会。针对R&D项目的过程特性,提出了基于过程审核的持续改进方法。分析了R&D项目质量持续改进的内涵及特征,给出了持续改进的操作模式。 Continuous quality improvement(CQI) is the core of R&D quality management.Process audits are an extremely important way of obtaining the best information for CQI from processes.This paper provides a method to improve the effectiveness in processes based on process aucit.It also gives a model of continuous quality improvement of R&D.
