摘要
《民办教育促进法》的颁布为我国形成以政府办学为主体、公办教育与民办教育共同发展的格局提供了法律依据。但它仍存在规定不具体、不全面以及缺乏可操作性等弊端。通过对中外民办教育法的比较研究,提出了完善我国民办教育立法的几点建议。
The law on the promotion of non-governmental education, People's Republic of China', provides the legal support for developing various forms of schools, run by the governments, by authorities and private owners. But some defects exist in this law, such as the abstract and non-integrated rules, lack of maneuverability. By a comparison with other countries' private education law, some advises to improve Chinese non-governmental education legislation are presented in this paper.
