摘要
民办高等学校作为有别于公立高等学校的办学组织形式,其法律地位的性质与公立高等学校相比,具有不同的特征。在行政法律关系中民办高等学校与公立高等学校相比,民办高等学校与政府及教育行政主管部门之间的关系只能是外部行政法律关系,而不能是内部行政法律关系。
The manipuiation style and legal status of private institution of higher learning are quite different from the public one.Thesis regards in the administrative legal reiation,the relation of private institution of higher learning with the government and educational executive departments is the internal educational executive legal relation while the external aducational executive legal relation when we compare it to the public one.
