本文通过对上海市医学工程人员队伍现状的调查 ,分析了目前医学工程人员队伍存在的问题 ,提出了改变现状的对策和建议。

Through the survey made on the current situations of the medical engineering talents in Shanghai,this thesis attempts to make an analysis on the problems existing in the Shanghai medical engineering talents and bring forward the measures and the suggestions to change such situations.
