摘要 电力电子系统集成化是目前的研究热点之一,控制芯片在变频调速系统集成化中有着一定的重要作用,该文从集成化的角度,设计了一种适合于电力电子系统集成化变频调速控制芯片,在该芯片电路中,引进了分时技术,使芯片的资源消耗大大减少,并在可编程逻辑器件 FPGA 上进行了实验验证,仿真和实验结果表明了,分时技术的引入,在完全保证性能的情况下,充分地利用了电路资源。 The control IC play an important role in the inverter.An IC scheme for integrate of the invert is presented in this paper. The interleaving technique is applied in this IC to reduce the scale of the circuit. And the scheme is realized in an inverter prototype with the FPGA. The simulation and the experiment proved the system is stable.
