冷凝器是真空排气系统中一个很重要的组成部分,本文主要分析了宝钢2RH真空系统喷淋式冷凝器的结构特点和工作原理;运用数学建模的方法,建立基于液滴受力分析的数学模型,以及在生产现场使用中的一些不足和相应的改进措施。

As an important integral part of vacuum discharge system, the construction and working principle of spraying condensars used in the 2RH vacuum system Baosteel are discussed. A mathematical model based on an analysis of the forces acted on liquid drops is set up. Some shortcomings are found out with relevant measures proposed to take for improvement.
