摘要
曲轴箱的动态特性直接影响其结构强度。采用有限元方法,建立了曲轴箱的有限元动力学模型,对结构进行了改造,用 I-DEAS 研究了曲轴箱材料替代的固有特性,所得结果既反映了曲轴箱的动力学性能,又为今后镁合金在汽车、摩托车上的应用提供了参考。
The dynamic characteristic of Crankcase influences the structure strength. The dynamic model of crankcase is established by finite element method, and the structure is rebuilt. The normalcharacteristics of the Crankcase are investigated by I-DEAS software in workstation. The results show the dynamic performance of the Crankcase and offer references for the application of magnesium alloy in motorcar and motorcycle in the future.
