摘要
针对准双曲面齿轮疲劳破坏中出现几率最高的齿面接触疲劳强度问题,利用 ANSYS/LS-DYNA对齿轮进行动力学接触仿真分析,计算了齿轮副在啮合过程中齿面接触应力、应变的变化情况及两对轮齿同时接触过程中接触压力的分布情况。
Hypoid gear dynamic emulate analysis is operated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software for that the fatigue failure probability of hypoid gear is the most high in tooth surfaces contact fatigue resistance. The contact stress and deformation during the meshing process are got. And the distribution of contact force is calculated when two pairs of teeth contacting simultaneously.
