摘要
介绍了以 MCS-51 系列单片机为微处理器的微机控制混砂系统的设计原理。分析了该系统的基本原理、单片机控制系统的硬、软件设计、抗干扰措施。机械部分的设计、关键参数的确定。同时给出了具体的实施途径,有效地解决了配料精度和良品率问题。
This paper introduces the design of microcomputer burdening system on molding sand based on the MCS-51 microprocessor. The basic structure and principle of this system, the design of the structure of the instrument hardware and software are analyzed. The methods have been introduced ascertaining the key parameter and anti-jamming. The system improve the burdening precision and work efficiency.
