摘要
综述了茶叶多糖复合物 (TPC ,Eeapolysaccharidecomplex)提取、纯化、纯度检测的方法以及其含量、组成、结构分析、生理活性等方面的研究进展 ,并就TPC进一步研究的方向进行了讨论。
Methods of extraction, purification and determination of tea polysaccharide complex (TPC) were reviewed. Recent progress of the content, components, structure analysis, and activities as well as the future trends of TPC was also discussed.
