介绍了新型杀菌防霉剂固体ClO2 的特性、研究进展和测定方法。对固体ClO2 的杀菌、消毒、漂白等机理作了分析。并介绍了固体ClO2 的制备方法及其在食品加工中的应用。
The characteristics, quantification and research progress of a new type of bactericide-solid chlorine dioxide were reviewed.The sterilizing and bleaching mechanism of solid chlorine dioxide were described.The preparation of solid chlorine dioxide were described. Applications and market prospects of solid chlorine dioxide in food industry is also introduced.
