摘要
采用苯酚 硫酸法测定了枸杞子水提物中多糖的含量。测定波长 4 90nm ,多糖换算因子f =3 .2 6 ;在 7~ 4 9μg/mL范围内 ,其浓度与吸收度线性关系良好 ,R2 =0 .9984 ;多糖的平均回收率为 99 .74 % ,RSD为 1. 83%(n =6 ) ;测定枸杞子水提物中多糖的含量为 3 86 %。
The content of polysaccharide in Lycium barbarum extract was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Wavelength for measurement was 490 nm and converting factor was 3.26; good linearity ranged was obtained from 7~49 μg/mL, R2=0.9984; average recovery rate of was 99.74% with 1.83% of RSD(n=6). The extraltion rate was 3.86%. This is a simple, accurate and stable methoel. It can also be used for detecting of other polysaccharides.
