牛乳中多种有机磷农药残留的双毛细管气相色谱测定法

Determination of Multi-residues Organophosphorus Pesticide in Milk by Double Capillary Gas Chromatography

牛乳中的有机磷农药残留经乙酸乙酯萃取后浓缩进样。用双毛细管柱 (DB 1、DB 17)、双火焰光度检测器 (FPD1、FPD2 )测定牛乳中 13种有机磷农药残留。测定结果回收率 72 . 38%～ 10 2 . 7% ,相对标准偏差 1. 37%～ 7 .2 1% ,方法检出限为 0 .0 0 5～ 0 . 0 12mg/kg。

Multi-residues of organosphoros pesticide in milk were extracted by ethyl acetate, injected into gas chromatograph after concentration. Thirteen organophosphorus pesticide residues were determined with double capillary columns (DB-1?DB-17) and double detectors(FPD1?FPD2). The results showed that the recovery ratio was 72.38%～102.7%, the RSD was 1.37%～7.20%, and the detection limit was 0.005 mg/kg～0.012 mg/kg.The method is simply. accurate and rapid.
