中小城市属地道路货物运输统计调查方法

在以往的道路货物运输统计中,货运量一直是一个比较模糊的概念,人们容易把这个地区范围内发生的货运量和这个地区的运输工具所完成的货运量相混淆。属地道路货物运输统计调查是以属地货车的道路货物运输作业作为统计对象,目的就是要调查清楚一个区域内通过道路运输而产生的货运到达量和货物发送量分别有多少,因而需要采取针对"属地"概念的新的统计调查方法。本文以在广东省清远市实地调研为基础,详细论述在中小城市开展属地道路货物运输统计调查的方法,并对核心指标给出了推算方法。

In the past the conception of freight transport was not very clear.People often take the freight accomplished by tucks registered in a region as the regional freight.The object of regional freight transport investigation and statistics is to make it clear how much freight to and from the regional area.So it is necessary to have proper investigative method which aims at the freight happened in particular region.Based on the on-site investigation in Qingyuan Ctiy Guangdong Province,this paper expounds on how to carry out regional road trucking investigation and statistics,and gives the computative methods for core indicators.
