摘要 对日本农产品安全相关法规进行了评述。,针对农产品快速分析的要求,岛津发挥其综合技术优势开发出了自动GPC-GCMS联用分析技术。样品经简单的匀化提取即可进该自动分析系统进行分析,具有良好的回收率和精度。与传统的方法相比,具有分析速度快、有机溶剂用量少、自动化程度高等特点。 The laws and regulations concerning food safety in advanced countries, such as Japan , were reviewed . Accordingto the requirements for fast analysis of agricultural products, Shimadzu Co., using coupled technique relying on its integrationcapability for R&D of analytical instrumentation, has developed an automatic GPC-GCMS system for the determination ofresidual pesticides in vegetables and fruits. By a simple extraction procedure, the sample can be analyzed by the system withhigh recovery rate and precision. In comparison to the traditional methods, the system has its own characteristics with fastspeed, low solvent consumption and automation.
