Using A200 Dual System of Amino Acid Analyzer and Ion Chromatograph for the Analysis of Agricultural Products and Environmental Inspection

新开发的A200型氨基酸-离子色谱分析仪既是一种专用型氨基酸分析仪,也能作为离子色谱仪,适用于农产品品质检测和产地环境检测。作为氨基酸分析仪时,是根据阳离子交换原理,采用淋洗液浓度梯度和柱温梯度的联合双梯度的分离模式实现分离、以柱后茚三酮衍生光度法进行检测。已为21种蛋白水解氨基酸和43种游离氨基酸的测定提供了标准方法。本文以国家计量部门认证的一系列关键技术数据,诸如峰保留时间和峰面积的重现性、检测限、分离度和仪器线性等,来说明仪器的可靠性和稳定性。作为离子色谱仪时,是在A200的主体硬件结构的基础上,配置多用性分离柱和电导、光度等多种检测器来实现的。其控制软件符合GLP规范,首次实现了每分钟自动记录分析全过程的参数和状态,为故障诊断和远程服务提供了方便。其新型数据处理软件备有氨基酸词库和中英文版本。

A dual system-A200 AAA/IC-system, which can be used as amino acid analyzer and ion chromatograph waspresented.The A200 used as an amino acid analyzer is on the basis of cation exchange separation by temperature/concentration doublegradients and spectrophotometric detection by ninhydrin postcolumn derivatization. Standard methods for 21 hydrolysateamino acids and 43 physiological amino acids were established.The A200 also can be used as an ion chromatograph by additional conductivity detector and ion exchange columns. A lotof methods were set up for determination of about 80 anions and cations for agricultural products and environmental inspection.The control software is in conformity with the GLP standard and can be used to supervise and record the instrumentalparameters and situation in each minute which is beneficial to the service even in long-distance. The new data software isprovided both in English and Chinese.
