气相色谱法分析鱼油胶囊中的脂肪酸组成

Determinatiom of Fatty Acid Constituents in Fishoil Capsule by GC

应用气相色谱对鱼油胶囊的脂肪酸组成进行分析,结果表明:①鱼油胶囊中主要脂肪酸含量SFA为C16:0和C14:0,MUFA为C16:1和C18:1,PUFA为EPA 和DHA。②由于产地及加工工艺等原因,鱼油脂肪酸成分含量有较大的差异,但总体上EPA和DHA含量较高在17.4%～32.4%之间,而C18:2和C18:3含量较低,只有0.3%～2.7%。③伪劣鱼油胶囊的PUFA主要为C18:2和C18:3,EPA和DHA 的含量不足1%。

Fatty acid constituents in fishoil capsules were analyzed and determined by gas chromatography.The mainresult showed that:①The major fatty acid constituents were C16:0,C14:0 of SFA,C16:1 and C18:1 of MUFA ,EPA andDHA of PUFA;②Due to different production place and different processing technics,the constituents of fishoil capsulesvaried rather differently.But in general,the amount of EPA and DHA was much higher(between 17.4%~32.4%)and theamount of C18:2 and C18:3 was much lower (between 0.3%~2.7%).③In general,the constituents of PUFA in false fishoilcapsules were mainly C18:2 and C18:3.And the constituents of EPA and DHA were no more than 1%.
