摘要
文章根据影响高校档案工作者思想政治素质的各种复杂因素提出了一种全新评价指标体系 ,对建立评价体系的原则、数学模型、各种评价指标以及评价的步骤等作了较为详细的说明 。
This paper indicates a new guideline system of evaluating the teacher's political qualities in technology institutes after studying all factors. It defines the principles, mathematical model, all guidelines and the process of evaluating in detail.
