马克思的就业理论和我国国有企业劳动就业体制的变迁

摘要 随着经济体制各项改革的深化,我国国有企业的劳动就业体制面临着严峻的挑战。为此,有人认为这是马克思理论的失败。本文从社会主义的劳动就业思想和资本主义(发达商品经济)劳动就业理论两方面来论述马克思的劳动就业观点,认为传统就业体制是建立在曲解马克思就业理论基础之上的,并联系马克思的发达商品经济劳动就业理论来阐述我国国有企业劳动就业体制的变迁。 With the development of the reform of the economic system in our country, the employment system for the state-owned enterprises has encountered severe challenge, for which some people regard it as a failure of Marxist theory on the issue of employment. This paper explains Marxist theory on employment by means of analyzing the socialist employment thought and capitalist theory (developed commodity economy). The writer holds that the traditional employment system established erroneously on the basis of Marxist employment theory, and expounds that the variation of the employment system for the state-owned enterprises in China based on the view of Marxist theory on employment under the situation of the developed commodity economy.
