分析了典型落料凹模板类成型零件的加工工艺、零件材料及热处理要求 ,提出了可采用的工艺方案及工艺规程 ,对于型孔类成型零件采用数控线切割加工的程序编制方法及要点。

This paper analyzed the process technology,part material and heating treating of blanking female die,put forward process scheme,process regulations and the method and request of programming program of the profile part in numeric control linear cutting process.
