采用种子乳液聚合法合成了新的环保型木器涂料用苯丙微乳液,研究了软/硬单体组成、种子乳液用量、乳化剂的用量及阴离子非离子型乳化剂配比、功能性单体的用量与加入方式等因素对乳液和涂膜性能的影响。

This article introduces the preparation of micro-latex used as en v iro n ment-frien d ly wo od co atin g s b y seed emu lsio n polymerization; discusses the influence of compositions of soft and rigid monomers, use level of seed emulsion and emulsifier, ratio of anion and non-ion emulsifiers and use level and adding method of functional monomers on latex and films.
