摘要 在分析总结分布式协同设计过程冲突特点和种类的基础上,深入研究了基于关系数据库的冲突解决规则知识表达方法、冲突解决事例知识的框架表达方法和冲突事例的模板检索机制。通过将启发式规则和事例相结合,提出了一种基于规则和事例混合推理的冲突解决支持技术。根据理论研究成果,基于关系数据库,开发了冲突解决支持工具,该工具支持分布式协同设计过程的冲突解决。 On the basis of analyzing collision character of distributed cooperation design and summarizing collision types, we studied collision solution rule knowledge representation method, collision solution case knowledge framework representation method and collision solution case template mechanism in depth. By combining heuristic rule and case, we put forward a collision solution support technique by integrating case-based and rule-based reasoning. On the basis of theoretic research, a collision solution support tool is developed based on relation database, and the tool can help solving collision in the distributed cooperation design course.
