摘要 2005年初,中国北方大部分地区雪花纷飞,天气相当寒冷,这与很早就预报的暖冬天气形成了强烈的反差。 When China' s electric power industry is experiencing prosperity and eager for huge investment, many foreign investors who have poured capital into China for about ten years choose to leave. It is the second wave of foreign capital leaving China, and the first outgoing wave occurred in 2000-2001. Simens is now an important foreign investor in China's electric power industry and owns about 16 power plants. At the end of last year, Simens sold it's stake of about 24% in Hanfeng power plant to two state-owned Chinese companies for 3.51 billion RMB, and the other 16 are also for sale. As to why foreign investors choose to leave, there are many different answers, such as rising coal price, bad planning of the Chinese government, etc. However, many insiders and electric power industry analysts reveal the rootproblem--China's lagging electricity reform, especially the fact that when prices for raw materials climb up, the price for electricity, however, could not rise correspondingly.
