解决细菌耐药问题新探索——噬菌体抗菌策略 被引量:2

摘要  随着抗菌药物广泛大量地使用及滥用,且细菌对抗菌药物产生耐药性,而且耐药程度愈演愈烈,其中细菌同时对多种结构各异的抗菌药物的耐药性———多重耐药性,尤为焦虑。如何面对耐药性的挑战成为非常现实和严肃的问题,从噬菌体病毒开发新抗菌药物的策略为此带来希望。
