氟尿嘧啶与8种常用输液配伍的稳定性考察 被引量:13

摘要  目的 考察氟尿嘧啶注射液与 8种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法 将氟尿嘧啶注射液按临床常规剂量加入 8种常用输液中,放置在不同温度(25, 35℃)下,用高效液相色谱法测定配伍后不同时间点输液中氟尿嘧啶的含量,同时观察外观性状、pH值、紫外吸收光谱和色谱的变化。结果 不同温度条件下,氟尿嘧啶与 8种常用输液的配伍溶液在 240h内性状、pH值(RSD<2% )、氟尿嘧啶的含量(RSD<2% )、紫外吸收光谱和色谱无明显变化。结论 氟尿嘧啶注射液与 8种常用输液的配伍液在 240h内稳定。 Objective To study the stability of fluorouracil injection in 8 different conventional infusion fluids. Methods A clinical routine dose of fluorouracil injection was added to each of the 8 conventional infusion fluids and the mixtures were kept at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ for 240 h. RP HPLC was used to determine the contents of fluorouracil in the fluids at different time points. Besides, the outward appearance, pH value, changes in the ultraviolet absorption spectrum and chromatogram were kept under observation. Results Within the 10 days. the outward appearance, pH value( RSD <2%), fluorouracil content( RSD <2%), ultraviolet absorption spectrum and chromatogram of each of the 8 different fluids were shown to have undergone no apparent changes at different temperatures. Conclusion Fluorouracil injection was shown to be stable in 8 conventional infusion fluids within 10 days.
