摘要
金融创新和金融监管是现代金融业中的两个重要概念。金融创新对金融业乃至整个经济运行机制、运行方式和运行效率都产生了重要影响,同时也给金融监管带来了挑战。金融监管是金融创新的诱发因素之一,但又从根本上规定了金融创新的基本范围、速度,决定了金融创新是否在健康的轨道上进行。文章讨论了金融创新和金融监管二者的辨证关系。
Financial innovation and financial supervision are two important concepts in modern finance. Financial innovation has a great impact on the economic system, operation style and efficiency as well as the whole financial circles. At the same time it challenged financial supervision. Financial supervision leads to financial innovation,but regulates its range and speed,and decides whether financil innovation develop in a perfect way.This paper discusses the dialectic relation of financial innovation and financial supervision.
