摘要
为了解决减少机载雷达测试设备的专业设备量和复杂性问题 ,对机载雷达伺服分机测试设备通用性进行了研究 ,使之适用于多种型号的机载雷达地面测试设备。给出基于 VXI总线的通用接口模块和专用数据采集 /变换模块组成的硬件系统、Lab Windows/CVI编程环境下的软件设计等 ,在集控制与测量为一体的通用模块的设计上 ,为机载雷达其他分机的测试提供了设计参考。与传统的分机测试设备比较 ,本设计优化了专业测试设备 。
To reduce the quantity and complexity of a special equipment for air-borne radar test equipment, the universality of the automatic test equipment (ATE) for air-borne radar servo subsystem is studied to be used for many kinds of air-borne radar ATE. The hardware system of the general interface module and special data collection/conversion module based on VXIbus, and software design in the programming environment of LabWindows/CVI are presented. The design of integrated control and measure general module provides a reference on testing other subsystems on air-borne radar. The design optimizes the special test equipment and enhances the reliability and universality compared with the traditional subsystem ATE.
