垄断产品链中革新合作机制的研究

Study on cooperate mechanism of supplier's in novationin a complete monopoly product chain

Kim用单极优化的方法研究了制造商与供应商在供应商革新中合作的可能性和条件.本文在Kim论文的基础上,运用博弈分析方法,研究了垄断产品链中制造商与供应商在供应商革新中的合作问题.研究的结果不仅得到了双方的合作均衡及均衡存在的条件;而且得出制造商与供应商将分别以其合作前的单位产品利润占供应链总利润的比例分摊革新所需投资量和分享合作利润增量;并通过相关因素分析得到革新所需的最优投资量与合作效率是开始合作时间的递减函数,是供应链存续时间的递增函数.

Kim studies the possibility and condition of cooperation between manufacturer and supplier in the supplier's innovation activities by using the method of monopole_optimization. On the basis of the Bowen Kim, this paper applies game theory to investigate cooperation between manufacturer and supplier in the supplier's innovation activities in complete monopoly product chain. We derive not only the both sides' cooperative equilibrium and the condition that equilibrium exists, but also that manufacturer and supplier share the investment that innovation needs and cooperative incremental benefit in the comparison of unit product benefit to total benefit in supply chain before they cooperate. It is found that optimal investment and cooperative efficiency that innovation needs is decreasing function of starting cooperative time and is also increasing function of additional time in supply chain by analyzing correlative factor.
