本文综述了学习机制和陶瓷企业的创新关系以及重要意义,认为陶瓷企业必须与时俱进,不断创新才能在市场经济中立于不败之地。
This paper probes into the necessity of learning mechanism and its relationship with a ceramic enterprise's innovation. It comes to a conclusion that a ceramic enterprise can expect to hold an indomitable position in the market-oriented economy in no other way than by keeping up with the time and make constant innovations in every aspect.
