浅谈地勘单位管理基础工作标准化

Standardization of Basic Management Work of Geological and Prospecting Units

物化劳动的技术标准、岗位职责的工作标准、条框制度的管理标准等是管理基础工作的重要内容。地勘单位管理基础工作是整个管理工作中较为薄弱的一环 ,加强管理基础工作标准化是亟需解决的问题。在实行管理基础工作标准化过程中 ,首先要强化执行规章制度的主观意识 ;其次 ,要建立严密科学的管理工作监控体系 ,完善管理基础工作的监控标准 ;另外 ,上级机关在对地勘单位的管理中 ,应尽量避免基础工作的重复、叠加 ,为基层提供管理基础工作的良好环境。

Technical standards of physical labor, work standards of post responsibility and etc. are the important contents of basic management work. Basic management work of geological and prospecting units is relative weak link in whole management work. Therefore it is very necessary to strengthen the standardization of basic management work. In process of implementing standardization of basic management work, at first subjective consciousness of following rules and regulations should be reinforced; secondly strict and scientific monitoring system of management work should be built and improve the monitoring standards of basic management work; additionally the higher authorities should provide the good environment conditions to management work of geological and prospecting units in order to avoid repetition of basic management work.
