摘要
经济伦理有其可能性与合理性的逻辑-历史条件。经济伦理学和经济伦理在理论和实践方面存在三大悖论:目的-工具两难的价值悖论;"立法者"-"阐释者"僭越的规范悖论;制度化"围城"的实践悖论。三大悖论导致了经济伦理的三个文化危机:动机危机;合法性危机;合理性危机。悖论危机迫使我们不得不承认,经济伦理至今仍是一个虚拟命题。
Economic ethic has its logic-historical condition of possibility and rationality. There are three paradoxes of economic ethics and economic ethic in theory and practice: value paradox of the dilemma of purpose and instrument, norm paradox of legislator and elucidator, and practice paradox of system dilemma. The three paradoxes lead to three cultural crises in economic ethic: motivation crisis, validity crisis, and rational crisis. The paradox crises force us to admit that economic ethic is still a dummy proposition.
