摘要
目的 对初中生性与生殖健康同伴教育过程进行评价 ,为初中生性健康教育的实施提供依据。方法 从上海市徐汇区 3所中学的初一年级抽取 1 4 5人和 1 33人 ,分别接受本班同伴和本校初二年级学生的教育。利用小组活动形式 ,运用问卷、观察、专题小组讨论和个人深入访谈进行评价。结果 项目组织良好 ,学生学习热情高 ,大多数学生骨干和教师对本次同伴教育给予了肯定评价。同班同学与高年级同学的同伴教育各有利弊。小组活动形式和教育流程受到师生欢迎。结论 性同伴教育可接受性强 ,过程评价为其进一步实施提供了经验。
Objective To evaluate the process of peer education for sexual and reproductive health, and to provide basis for implemention of sexual peer education among junior middle school students. Methods From grade one of 3 junior middle schools,124,145 and 133 students were two-stage stratified sampled,who accepted traditional education and education of classmate peers and grade two peers.In group activity,the evaluation methods included questionnaire, observation,focus group discussion and personal in-depth interview. Results The project was well implemented, the students study hard. Most of the students and the teachers held positive attitude toward the peer education. Peer education by classmate peers and higher grade peers had their own advantages and shortages. Group activity and the education process were popular, but there were some drawbacks in other details in education process. Conclusion Sexual peer education has good acceptability. Process evaluation provides experiences for further implementation of sexual peer education.
