介绍了清洁生产的概念和国内外开展清洁生产的现状,重点介绍了我国在财政、税收、环保设备生产和使用、科研开发、国际合作及中小企业等方面对实施清洁生产所采取的鼓励政策。

Based on introduction of the cleaner production concept and the status of cleaner production implementation both home and abroad, the paper focuses on the incentive policies adopted for cleaner production implementation in China in the areas of finance, taxation, environment-friendly equipment production and use, scientific research and development, international cooperation as well as medium-sized and small enterprises.
