本文介绍了Ｄ－木呋喃糖１，２，５位羟基的选择性保护的两种途径，对其优越性进行了对比，改进了实验条件，提高了产率，所得化合物的物理数据均与文献值相吻合．

In this paper two methods of selective protection of 1, 2, 5-hydroxyl groups in D-xylofuranose is discussed, the advantages, experimental conditions and yields are compared. The physical data of the compounds are agreed with the literature.
