摘要
本文报导了新疆6种芫菁精原细胞中期染色体核型的研究结果.其中红头豆芫菁EpicautaerythrocephalaPal.2n=20(9AA+XY).四点斑芫菁MylatabrisquadripunctataL.2n=18(8AA+XY),单纹斑芫菁MylabrismonozonaWell,天山斑芫菁MylabrisquadvisignataFischer和草原斑芫菁MylabrisfroloviGerm均2n=20(9AA+XY).而Mylabrissp.2n=21(10AA+XO)在确定芫菁科多数拥有鞘翅目昆虫染色体“典型数目”的基础上.探讨了芫菁染色体数目的变异,性决定机制及亲缘关系和演化趋势.
Six species of Meloidae in Xinjiang were cytologically analysed. Of these. Epicauta erythrocephala Pall.Had a 2 n = 20(9AA + XY ) male karyotype, Mylabris quadripunctata L. had a 2n =18(8AA + XY) male karyotype, Mylabris monozona well. Mylabris quadvisignata Fischer. and Mylabris froloviGerm. had a 2n= 20(9AA + XY) malt karyotype. Mylabris sp. had a 2n = 21 (10AA + XO) male karyotype. The number of the chromosome in many species of Meloidae is the same as 'modal number'of Coleoptera. Variations of chromosome number, sex cmomosome mechanism, relationship and evolutionary trends of Meloidae have also been researched.
