摘要
在含刚果红的硼砂缓冲溶液中,用循环伏安法扫描,在玻碳电极上形成聚合物薄膜.在 -0. 8V^+1. 8V(vsAg/AgCl)的扫描电位范围形成的薄膜具有较高的电活性和稳定性.该电极对抗坏血酸、邻苯二酚的电化学氧化有催化作用,增大了氧化峰电流.催化峰电流与抗坏血酸和邻苯二酚浓度分别在 20 ~1 200mmol/L, 50 ~2 000mmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.
A film of poly (congo red) was formed on a glassy carbon electrode by using cyclic voltammetry. The stable film could be obtained with a potential range from -0.8V to +1.8V(vs. Ag/AgCl). Experiment showed that poly (congo red) modified glassy carbon electrode could catalyze the oxidation of ascorbic acid and catechol. This electrode showed a good linear current response for the ascorbic acid and catechol range from 20 to 1 200 mmol/L and 50 to 2 000 mmol/L, respectively.
