大口径轻质非球面反射镜制造技术研究 被引量:6

Study on a big aperture lightweight aspheric mirror manufacture

摘要 研制某卡塞格林光学系统的关键技术之一是通光口径超过1000mm的轻质抛物面主反射镜。该反射镜相对口径为1/2,减重率为65%,是目前国内最大口径的轻质非球面反射镜。成功地解决了大口径轻质镜坯的制造和大口径轻质非球面镜的加工与检测方面的难题。通过对高比刚度轻质镜的设计和进行CAD工程分析以及选用合理的光学材料,采用计算机控制的数控钻铣技术制造出了反射镜镜坯。在经典光学加工技术的基础上,摸索到了针对大口径轻质镜的支撑、加工与检测方面的技术。检测结果表明,该反射镜的研制达到了各项设计指标,其面形精度的均方根值RMS=0 029λ(λ=633nm)。 Manufacture of big aperture lightweight paraboloidal mirror is one of the key techniques for the research of the Cassegrain optical system. The mirror under study is the biggest lightweight aspheric mirror until now in china, The opposite aperture F is 1/2, lightweight rate is 65%. Technical difficulties in lightweight mirror blank manufacture and big aperture lightweight aspheric mirror polishing and testing have been overcame by mirror structure CAD optimizing, CNC lightweight machining and improving process techniques. Key points on big aperture lightweight mirror support, polishing skills and testing methods are discussed. The final result achieved in CIOMP shows that it has met all requested specifications, the root mean square (RMS) of the surface accuracy is 0.029γ(γ = 633 nm).
