摘要
阐述了一种全新水流发电装置———蹼板式水轮机的首次实验研究的全过程.介绍了该类型水轮机的试验模型和试验装置的设计加工,分析整理出了我国第一份蹼板式水轮机的水动力性能资料,探讨了密实度、进速系数、叶数、雷诺数等主要参数对能量利用率系数的影响并分析了原因.该项研究结果表明,该型水轮机具备机构简单、造价低廉、能量利用效率高、易操纵性以及自启性良好等诸多优点,从而使它具有广泛的市场开发前景.
An experimental investigation was done on the newly developed hydro turbine, the paddle turbine. After designing and making a test model and related experimental devices, data was gathered on the hydrodynamic performance of the paddle turbine and factors such as solidity, tip speed ratio (TSR), blade number and Reynolds number on power efficiency coefficient. Many advantages of paddle turbine were confirmed, including simple mechanism, minimization of capital costs, maximum power production, easy accessibility and a capacity for self-starting. This initial study of the paddle turbine is useful for future design and theoretical and experimental investigation.
