粉煤灰掺量对高性能混凝土强度、碱度及抗碳化性能的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 粉煤灰是高性能混凝土的主要掺合料之一 ,其掺量直接影响到高性能混凝土的强度、碱度和抗碳化性能。在此方面目前研究较少。文章仅就大掺量粉煤灰与高性能混凝土强度、碱度、碳化的关系进行了研究。试验结果表明 ,随粉煤灰的掺量的增大 ,混凝土的强度降低、碱度降低 ,但在 5 0 %掺量时混凝土碱度依然为 12 32 ,5 0 %掺量时混凝土碳化深度为 0。 Fly ash is one of the main additive and mixed materi al s of the high performance concrete.The added quantity is restricted by the stre ngth, alkalinity and carbonization of the high performance concrete.More fly ash added to the high performance concrete is not only to have a high economic valu e,but will have a social value.Therefore,it is necessary to study the strength ,alkalinity and carbonization of high performance concrete added with great am ount of fly ash in order to increase the quantity of fly ash to be added.The pap er has a study on the relationship between the highly added fly ash and the stre ngth, alkalinity and carbonization of high performance concrete.The test results showed that with the increasing of the fly ash added, the strength and alkalini ty of the concrete decreased.With fly ash added with 50% of the total,the alkal inity of the concrete was 12.32 and the carbonization depth of the concrete was zero.
