分析了2004年国际油价波动的5大基本特点,指出供求失衡是国际油价飚升并在高位剧烈振荡的主导因素,供应中断担忧是市场心理失衡的根源,影响国际油价高位振荡的中长期要素已经形成。今后,国际油价将脱离20美元/桶的适中价位时代,长期在高位波动;石油消费国对世界石油资源的争夺将日益激烈,确保石油供应安全将成为石油消费国的重要国策。
The article analyzes 5 basic characteristics of international oil price fluctuation in 2004 and points out as follows: unbalanced supply & demand is the dominant of international oil price vigorously uprising and drastically fluctuating in high level, worrying about supply suspension is the root of unbalanced market psychology and medium-term and long-term factors affecting international oil price high-level fluctuation have formed. From now on, international oil price will leave times of moderate price level such as $ 20/bbl and fluctuate at high level for a long time. Fighting for world oil resources among oil consuming countries will be increasingly fierce and ensuring oil supply safety will become an important state policy for oil consuming countries.
