摘要
选取SiO2、Al2O3、Na2O、Fe2O3和CaO等5种成分作为实验样品的组成成分。利用国标GB/T219-1996的方法观测样品的熔点,分析CaO对其他4种成分熔融特性的影响。得出CaO具有助熔的作用,是组成低熔点共熔体的重要组成部分的结论。采用这一规律可以改变和控制煤灰的熔融特性,从而优化锅炉运行。
Silicon dioxide, alumina, sodium oxide, ferric oxide and calcium oxide make up of the experimental materials. Sample’s melting point is to be observed according to the method of GB/T219-1996. Calcium oxide’s influence on the melting characteristic of the main materials in the coal ash is to be analyzed through melting point. The conclusion is that calcium oxide is a kind of matter, which can assist others to melt. This can change coal ash’s melting characteristic, and the merit can optimize boiler’s running.
