电厂锅炉的风量测量是否准确直接关系到锅炉运行的安全性和经济性,而风量测量装置始终存在着取压管容易堵塞的问题,许多电厂都采用人工到现场手动进行吹扫的办法来解决。针对此情况,设计了在测风装置上加装带PLC的吹扫装置,可以实现风量测量系统取压管的自动吹扫。

The measuring accuracy of the air flow is associated with the safety and efficiency of the boiler, but the trouble is that the pressure line of the measuring equipment of the air flow is easy to be plugged up. Many power plants adopt the method of blowing the pressure line manually. So we design purging equipment with PLC, which can finish the blowing behavior automatically on the pressure line of the air flow measuring system.
